Other constituents in water

Water also contains many other substances. Most of these substances however occur in such low concentrations that their levels are well below the limit values stipulated in the German Drinking Water Resources Management Act (TWO). Time and time again, newspapers report that, in some cases, water contains very high concentrations of manganese, nitrates, medication residue and heavy metals for instance. In such cases, Merus can only help partially or is unable to help at all. Unlike the situation with rust or scale, it is virtually impossible to prove that Merus has achieved an improvement. We are currently working on a model which is also able to influence manganese. However, this model is still at the development stage.
A filter is required in order to remove other physical constituents in water. We recommend filters manufactured by Carbonit.
